It depends of the functionnalities who want to have via the interface.
For the billing is in French, English and Spannish. For the rest, users
interfaces are in French and in english but in easy for us to add
spanish tongue.
But we do not use interface for configuration purpose. We love to much
the conf file (we come from traditionnal telecom and *nix world)
