Hi, I'm studying a new installation for a small office: 12 SIP extensions, 1 ISDN, 2 Analog lines (FXO).
In another install I have used Soekris 4801 but during the testing when we receive 2 simultaneous calls from ISDN the Soekris make strange things. I suppose that Soekris not has sufficient power to manage 2 ISDN concurrent calls. I'm considering using Mini-ITX but there are a lot of models. I would like to use a board without fans to avoid problems. I'm thinking to use 2 PCI cards (ISDN and FXO). Somebody has suggestions in Mini-ITX board? What case are you using with these boards? I will have problems with ISDN and the actual version of AstLinux? What FXO card? I will use Thomson ST2030 phones. I have one phone for testing and I am really impressed with the characteristics-price of this phone. For the ISDN part, I have a Fritz! passive card. Any experience from real installations would be very interesting.
