I see its using FreePbx on an embedded system also.. -----Original Message----- From: Erick Perez [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, January 11, 2007 11:08 PM To: Discussion of AstLinux - Asterisk on Compact Flash Subject: [Astlinux-users] VIA EPIA 1.2Ghz with SIP ulaw and an E1 PRI
VIA EPIA 1.2ghz / 1gb RAM / 80gb hdd / 256 CF card Many persons told me that it should run a 30 SIP ulaw hardphones with a E1 PRI echo cancel PCI card on the available PCI slot going to the PSTN. No call recording. Just PBX functions and MOH and Voicemail without hitting a load of 5. But the board has a 400mhz FSB, is that enough? I have this computer and I have a customer that may benefit from it. It has 25 phones and want to install an E1 for pstn access. here are xorcom tests that were provided by Mr. Cohen form xorcom. Here's one VIA EPIA 512MB system: http://www.xorcom.com/ts-1/features.html Here's how it performs with SIP: http://www.xorcom.com/ts-1/test-results.html So it seems that I can run an E1 PRI and almost 30 ulaw SIP phones (canreinvite=yes/no??) I didn't knew asterisk was so scalable. comments? -- ------------------------------------------------------------ Erick Perez Panama Sistemas Integradores de Telefonia IP y Soluciones Para Centros de Datos Panama, Republica de Panama Cel Panama. +(507) 6694-4780 ------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED] REMEMBER: AstLinux mailing lists are moving soon: http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=170462 Please move any discussions ASAP! -- No virus found in this incoming message.
