I updated that package, but Kristian must update the sha1sum file. You can do this on your local system by changing into the dl directory and doing this (provided that you know for sure that the file is good): sha1sum dnsmasq-2.40.tar.gz > dnsmasq-2.40.tar.gz.sha1 I can't guess why that directory is not browseable, but in general it's good security practice to minimize browseable directories.
