Have all the SHA's been updated?

I tried to have a look in http://files.astlinux.org/, but it says:



  Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use 
an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Is there a compelling reason why this directory can't be readable?
