OK well sorry for replying to myself now but it seems that I was barking up the wrong tree as to find out if the drivers were loaded in UK mode it appears I need to use dmesg that gives the following output...
Module 0: Installed -- AUTO FXO (UK mode) Module 1: Installed -- AUTO FXO (UK mode) Module 2: Installed -- AUTO FXO (UK mode) Module 3: Installed -- AUTO FXO (UK mode) Found a Wildcard TDM: Wildcard TDM400P REV I (4 modules) Registered tone zone 4 (United Kingdom) So I think (hope) it is operating in UK mode now. For any other UK users (There must be a few) this one small change makes a big difference to the card configuration so it better matches the UK line. I would highly recommend this change if you have a TDM400P. None of this applies to a wildcard clone.
