Kevin,

Please post your openvpn.conf file.  Also what version of Astlinux are 
you trying this on?  It's possible that it's old enough that the init 
script doesn't check for /mnt/kd/openvpn/openvpn.conf.  (you can check 
this in /etc/init.d/openvpn in the init {} section of the script.

Depending on the phone and the phone config, it may take a day for the 
phone to sync up.  The default for polycom phones is something just 
short of 24 hours.  I usually change that in the config file for the phone.
