I was going to write a Perl utility to: (1) grovel through /mnt/kd, get the list of all filenames; (2) then figure out what the corresponding name in /stat/ would be; (3) diff the /stat source file with the keydisk variant, and see if they're different; (4) if they are different, copy the file into /oldroot/mnt/asturw/path-minus-stat;
but it seems that our Perl install only includes the perl binaries but none of the core libraries...
