I am interested in MP3 decoding for music on hold.

Thanks for advice on the extra sounds... I did go down the unionfs path and
just dump the sound files onto my built and running system... but I am
looking for a more "robust" way of doing it (ie, by having it in my default
build and not having to add them as an extra step).
