Oslec doesn't bother me too much - too much CPU usage.  Does chan_lcr 
work?  Who supports it?  Are they active in the Asterisk community? 
Willing to fix bugs etc?

If chan_lcr is something which could receive more support than 
chan_misdn then maybe we should consider it.
