The movekd script is not intended to fix everything.  Since you were 
upgrading from Asterisk 1.2 to Asterisk 1.4, any changes that happened 
from Asterisk 1.2 to 1.4 would be your responsibility to adjust.  The 
alternative is to start from a completely clean system and move your 
files as necessary.

If you're upgrading from Astlinux 0.4.7 to 0.6.x you will probably want 
to review many of the changes in the rc.conf file (unless you're using 
the new web interface).  There are several new variables.  Also dial 
plan functions in Asterisk may be broken since some things that were 
'deprecated' in 1.2 are now removed in 1.4.
