Perhaps, but it's odd that the errors appear as if it's my registration
attempts (which shouldn't exist) that are timing out.

Here's an excerpt from the log, with the provider's name munged:

Jun 16 20:44:53 pbx local0.noticeasterisk[3516]: NOTICE[3516]: chan_sip.c:7715
in sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for 'p...@provider.net' timed out, trying
again(Attempt #58)
Jun 16 20:45:13 pbx local0.notice asterisk[3516]:NOTICE[3516]: chan_sip.c:7715
in sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for 'p...@provider.net' timed out, trying
again(Attempt #59)
Jun 16 20:45:33 pbx local0.notice asterisk[3516]:NOTICE[3516]: chan_sip.c:7715
in sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for 'p...@provider.net' timed out, trying
again(Attempt #60)
Jun 16 20:45:53 pbx local0.notice asterisk[3516]:NOTICE[3516]: chan_sip.c:7715
in sip_reg_timeout: -- Registration for 'p...@provider.net' timed out, trying
again(Attempt #61)

I appreciate your giving this some thought. I'll just keep a close eye on it
and see if more clues become apparent.

Thanks all.
