Hello all I am using Astlinux 0.6.7 on a Soekris net5501. I am trying to get a Junghanns singleE1 miniPCI card (HFC-E1 chipset) to work. I have done the following:
user.conf: ISDN_MODPROBE="hfcmulti type=0x01 protocol=0x22 layermask=0x3" misdn-init.conf: card=1,0x1 te_ptmp=1 misdn.conf: [pri] ports=1 context=isdn msns=* modules.conf: load => chan_misdn.so [global] res_features=yes chan_misdn=yes lspci shows: 00:11.0 ISDN controller: Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network Controller [HFC-E1] (rev 01) lsmod shows: Module Size Used by mISDN_dsp 208780 0 hfcmulti 71212 0 mISDN_capi 93292 0 l3udss1 37788 0 mISDN_l2 35700 0 mISDN_l1 11292 0 mISDN_core 76320 6 mISDN_dsp,hfcmulti,mISDN_capi,l3udss1,mISDN_l2,mISDN_l1 binfmt_misc 10440 1 capi 15904 0 capifs 5416 2 capi kernelcapi 37952 2 mISDN_capi,capi pc87360 18288 0 hwmon_vid 2464 1 pc87360 hwmon 3060 1 pc87360 i2c_isa 4928 1 pc87360 i2c_core 20464 2 pc87360,i2c_isa ztdummy 4680 0 zaptel 196516 1 ztdummy hdlc 6180 1 zaptel ppp_generic 25428 1 zaptel slhc 6112 1 ppp_generic geode_rng 2144 0 geode_aes 5636 0 blkcipher 5344 1 geode_aes via_rhine 22184 0 mii 5024 1 via_rhine rtc 12336 1 ztdummy cs5535_gpio 4596 0 dmesg shows: CAPI Subsystem Rev 1.1.2.8 capifs: Rev 1.1.2.3 capi20: Rev 1.1.2.7: started up with major 68 (middleware+capifs) Modular ISDN Stack core version (1_1_7) revision ($Revision: 1.40 $) mISDNd: kernel daemon started (current:dff19a70) mISDNd: test event done ISDN L1 driver version 1.20 ISDN L2 driver version 1.32 mISDN: DSS1 Rev. 1.47 mISDN Capi 2.0 driver file version 1.21 mISDN: HFC-multi driver Rev. 1.68 0 devices registered mISDN_dsp: Audio DSP Rev. 1.29 (debug=0x0) EchoCancellor OSLEC dtmfthreshold(100) mISDN_dsp: DSP clocks every 128 samples. The card is not cabled up to a PRI circuit - surely that should not be an issue? chan_misdn appears not to have loaded, since any of the misdn commands from the Asterisk CLI are not recognized. Can anyone help? Thanks Tom ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
