Not sure you really want to do that.

Disk traffic (SMB, NFS, etc) tends to be very bursty and plays havoc 
with your CPU loading (and as a result, with your interrupt latency... 
therefore your QoS and packet latencies)... not something you want if 
you're trunking SIP traffic.

Also, keep in mind that even a 1.7GHz C7 or 800MHz GeodeLX is not a 
spanking fast processor...
