I committed a new version of the web interface 1.6.04, that should solve the 
IE7 issues with scrollbars in text sections in the Status tab.

I used the apparently-official way to do this with "conditional comments", so 
the 'fix' is only applied to IE7 users.

I was able to test IE8 and the 'fix' is not necessary, it behaves like 
standard-compliant browsers.
