James, That was all answered back on 3-15 and 3-16. Not sure if you saw those messages, but basically, you should not be creating a manual config file for msmtp. The init scripts will do that for you based on what's in the 'rc.conf' file (note rc.conf can be /mnt/kd/rc.conf for a concatenation of the files in /mnt/kd/rc.conf.d/).
