John, Glad that fixed your issue. I'm planning to wait until after Digium releases the next version of Asterisk which should be in the next week or so. I'd like to get the new plugin that Lonnie created for the firewall tested a bit too. Regarding the label and upgrading, you can upgrade by manually mounting the runnix partition (mount -t vfat /dev/hdx1 /oldroot/cdrom). The 0.5 images were never officially released (only made as betas). I would be surprised if there were more than a few people who ever used 0.5.
