If you are running Asterisk 1.8, do you have the file 
"/mnt/kd/dahdi/system.conf" defined ? If not, 

$ cp -a /stat/etc/dahdi/system.conf /mnt/kd/dahdi/

and try again.

Otherwise your *.conf's look good, play with the URL, I see you have http.conf 
"redirect" defined, possibly that is changing the URL you need to use.
