hellow, i am Jamshaid Anwar and i want to install Astlinux on soekris net5501-70 to demonstrate VOIP on embedded platform using open source software Asterisk as PBX as my student project . i have SANDISK 1 gb CF card as booting media . actually i am totaly new to working with hardware and this is my first experience. i am using serial console to acees net5501. i tried to boot it by burning Astlinux image to a USB and booting net5501 from it but i failed. now i have got this CF card . but i am still unsure how to do it :( can u please send me any detailed and easy to comprehend tutorial on how to load Astlinux inSoekris net5501. i am unable to have any satisfactory literature from my own self . i will really appriciate your help . regards, Jamshaid Anwar
