Jamshaid, There might have a partition on the cf card already that might be hindering the load of the new partition.
Use a tool like Minitool partition wizard to erase all partitions on cf before using physdiskwrite to load image. Here the link to partition wizard. http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html Also there is a gui image loader for windows to help load the image on to the CF. http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-Raw-Copy-Tool/HDDRawCopy1.02Portable.exe Make a little easier for you to load image on cf card.
