Why don't you use this case?  Casetronic C292 Mini-ITX Case 
It got everything you need including the riser card. I built my system using 
this case and a year later works perfect.

It looks like the Startech gizmo is the easiest way to go. Thanks for
the recommendation. BTW, has anyone found a source for a PCIe (x1)
riser card that will work with the NF9HQL-525 and the Jetway JC-11x-B
Case?
