Those messages are coming from the kernel. Usually either a device or hardware issue somewhere.
Sometimes (rarely) this can happen when kernel modules and/or userspace fight over the same USB device id. In those cases you have to end up blacklisting the offending module or finding some other means to disable the conflict.
