Armin, The PC Engine's BIOS (coreboot) that is currently shipped with the APU1C has issues with ACPI, this effects versions of Linux, OpenBSD and FreeBSD.
We have tested a beta version of their BIOS that works with AstLinux on a APU1C. You will need to contact PC Engines to obtain an updated version of their BIOS (and a method to update it) when it is publicly available.
