Now from the 'Latest System Logs', I am seeing many Nov 3 04:53:31 xxxxxx daemon.info udhcpc[294]: Sending discover... though I did not see any dhcp setting in /mnt/kd/rc.conf.d/rc.conf. As a simple test from the command line: $ modprobe sis900 Then see if loaded via: $ dmesg | tail Also this should show the new interface... $ ip a If all looks good, edit your "/etc/rc.modues" and add to the end a single line containing "sis900" (without the quotes).
