Yes this is all possible although I am confused what you are trying to achieve e.g. VLANS are for running multiple networks on the same Ethernet interface??
Network Tab -> VLANS Specify as space separated ethN.NN ethN.NN e.g. eth0.60 eth1.80 After reboot they will appear as selectable interfaces allowing DHCP and addressing config as normal. Enabling DHCP will also enable TFTP Option 66 on the interface. Note that it uses the hostname for the TFTP Server by default.
