Stefan, This sounds like an Asterisk question, rather then AstLinux per. se., but possible we can get you on the right path.
What version of Asterisk ? I'll assume 11.x What is the generated syslog error/warning ? Something like -- Forbidden - wrong password on authentication for REGISTER for '%s' to '%s' -- Do you have any "Named ACLs" defined via acl.conf ? From the Asterisk CLI "acl show" if any issue a "acl show <name>" for entries. I'm not certain, but an ACL failure could generate a Forbidden 403 your are describing.
