Hi Michael,

this is especially Prosody related. The vcard modules is enabled in AstLinux's 
Prosody configuration by default.
I think the client itself is setting the content of its vcard in his client 
application.

But maybe this helps (not included in AstLinux):

Otherwise seach for Prosody and vcard.
