I would avoid using OpenVPN over TCP whenever possible, especially if time sensitive traffic like VoIP is running in the tunnel. The TCP guaranteed delivery mechanisms can play havoc with smooth OpenVPN operation. Always use OpenVPN over UDP if possible.
