Hi Lonnie,
Unfortunately, stopping and initializing dynamicdns as you specified did not
seem to change anything.
I thought that avoiding the GUI variables would make things easier since I'm
using a private DDNS server. However, after switching my /mnt/kd/ddclient.conf
to use the GUI variables, I entered the user/pass/host through the GUI and I'm
happy to report that everything is working now.
Thanks!

Hi Josh,
Rather then do just doing a "restart" you want to:
--
service dynamicdns stop
service dynamicdns init
--
That should do it.
Tip -> when creating a custom /mnt/kd/ddclient.conf you can use use the special
@FOO@ placeholders that will be transferred from the web interface, take a look
at the default /stat/etc/ddclient.conf file ...
--
head -n20 /stat/etc/ddclient.conf
--
You may want to copy/paste the first few lines, and then possibly use @DDUSER@
@DDPASS@ and @DDHOST@ as set in the web interface.
