David,
Good to know, thanks for the info. I think it would be nice if Astlinux could
provide options for which entries you want to include (or exclude) from the CDR
Log screen. Excluding calls with a time of 0 would remove all the duplicates
in my case, I think. However, this isn't a huge issue and I can learn to live
with the multiple entries :)
Josh

Subject: Re: [Astlinux-users] Multiple CDR Entries in Web Interface
Welcome to Asterisk 13. They completely re-wrote the CDR engine and now they
log everything, and I mean everything. Lots of debate on this over on the
Asterisk lists at the time but the bottom line is that there is pretty much
nothing you can do about this. I have tried using NoCDR() calls in the dial
plan but nothing gets me to a simple one-entry per call CDR.

I searched the list archives and I didn't see anything about this, but my
apologies if this has been addressed before.
Since upgrading from Asterisk 11 to Asterisk 13, it appears that inbound calls
that are labeled FAILED and NO ANSWER are now appearing in the web CDR log.
Previously, they did not. For example, when a call is unanswered and is sent
to Voicemail, I now see one entry for the NO ANSWER leg of the call and another
for the Voicemail portion of the call. I'd like to remove the NO ANSWER
listings from the web but keep them coming into Master.csv. Can someone please
tell me how I can do this?
Thanks,
Josh
