Have you tried the NVDA screen reader from:
http://www.nvda-project.org/.
You could download the portable version to a thumb drive and give it a try.
Or possibly Thunder from, http://www.screenreader.net/index.php?pageid=2.
Both of these are free screen readers. Not sure how well they work, but
might be worth a try.

I have to buy a new video card to resolve myissue. I'm using JAWS, and I
can't findthe correct video drivers for my card, therefore JAWS won't
register. I don't want to shell out money to replace a perfectly good card.
FS can't help me with this one, and I can't find drivers for my model of
card. Any driver program won't work since tI can read edit fields with the
drivers for, you guess it, videos being installed. So that's whyI am trying
to find an alternative, if there is one. If there isn't, I'll bite the
bullet. But since I can get anoother screenreader through TapI, that cost is
not an issue.

What screen reader are you currently using for right now?
You might need to contact the company of the currently screen reader that
you are using to help what you need to get it to be resolve.
