Knowing some of us have IPhones now, I thought I would share the review I
posted on Amazon last night about one of my more favoriter new toys. This
case is $42. They also make battery cases for other phones.

This review is from: PowerSkin Protective Case with Built-in Battery for
Apple iPhone 4, AT&T and Verizon - Black (Wireless Phone Accessory)
I purchased this 2nd case as a gift for a friend because I have been so
happy with mine. I did thorough research looking at every battery case
option for the IPhone 4 from all the companies. I chose this one because
it's almost the only one using 1 piece construction, and because of it's
high power output for the price, less than half that of the Moffie Juice
Plus. As others have said, it's a little bulky, and takes some time to
charge, but to me that just makes for more protection for the phone. The
non-slip grip makes it easy to hold and balanced in the hand. The sound is
channeled to the front of the case giving a little more subjective volume
when listening to music, using the built-in Voiceover screen reader, and for
podcasts. It's wonderful to get 2 solid days of use from my phone. A
complaint I've read about 2 or 3 piece cases is that after a while they just
don't snap together as well. Plus it's one more piece to keep track of. I
wanted to be able to slip the phone in and out of the case at will so I
could just throw it on the IPod doc to listen to music, or charge the case
independently without the phone. My desires have been amply met by this
case. I can't speak to the issues some have mentioned with taking flash
pictures, but since it's so easy to remove from the case it's no big deal.
Sometimes in my pocket I here the phone chirp like it's lost contact for a
second if I put pressure on the case. That's my only quibble with the 1
piece design. Other than that small flaw I love the PowerSkin concept. This
might be because of the small round button at the bottom that allows you to
switch power to the phone or check the battery level. It's possible it's
getting depressed.
On the plus side It's half the money of any of the other cases with
comparable 2000MA power,
it's very easy to insert and remove the phone from the case,
the micro USB charging cable works on my Bluetooth headsets,
it's smart enough to charge the phone first,
and it just sounds good and does it's job. A great piece of practical and
environmentally friendly design.
