If their service supports regular caller ID, then any standard talking caller I D should work. For example, Magic Jack is an IP phone system. And I use Panasonic cordless phones that have talking caller ID built-in with it. Usually caller ID is included with the service, so if sighted people can read the numbers when calls come in, and you can attach a standard phone to their system, then any regular talking caller ID should work.

Subject: [ATI] IP Phones

Hi all. My new work has an IP phone system. Does anyone make one of
these with a talking caller ID? Or is there a talking ID that can
connect to these kinds of phones?

Thanks.

Linda C.
