Hi Alicia,

If the issue is the one where the activation appears to go through, and it says
it’s successful, but you hit finish and it remains in 40 minute mode, then what
you must do is go to the start menu, then all programs, then Jaws 13 or
whatever, then tools, then remove product activation. Follow the prompts to
remove the license from your computer, then reactivate and all should be well.

Subject: [ATI] piculiar JAWS authorization problem

Hello All,

I have a peculiar problem with JAWS. JAWS started running in 40 minute demo
mode yesterday afternoon. Since that time, I have attempted to manually enter
my authorization code to activate the full license, but it won’t take the
authorization code. I am running JAWS 13.0 with the latest updates and have
contacted FS. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas in the mean time that
could help me activate my JAWS software.

Alicia
