I know exactly what you mean about a trucker's life being hard. My poor
husband survives throughout the week on convenient foods and what he can
find in a truck stop or at a restaurant, which are not exactly the
healthiest foods you can eat. He is also cramped in a truck 24 7. It is not
easy to wake up at work, work all day or night, and then go to bed at work.
Ugh! I am actually making him a roast right now that he can take on the road
with him tonight. It will save him from the terrible food choices for a
couple of days anyway.
