I believe you will first have to convert your voice note file to a wav file before you can work with it on the computer. You can do this fairly easily through the stream companion software if you have it. I have done this a few times but I always have to think about how to do it. In the files menuu on the software there is an item for converting notes. You might just call Humanware and see if they will walk you through it.
