Thanks everyone I thought

I had the software but due to a crash and a reformat it doesn't look like I
do I will go to the humanware site and try to get it.

But then it will be too large, so you must convert it from .wav to mp3.
There are many ways to do this including through Goldwave, Switch, or
Winamp.

I believe you will first have to convert your voice note file to a wav file
before you can work with it on the computer. You can do this fairly easily
through the stream companion software if you have it. I have done this a few
times but I always have to think about how  to do it. In the files menuu on
the software there is an item for converting notes. You might just call
Humanware and see if they will walk you through it. John

Hi all \

I did a recording on  my victor. I wanted to attach it as a file to an
email. But it doesn't look like its going to work. The sound that is. I
tried playing it but it opens windows media  player and no sound.
