If you want to run a check disc do the following. Go to run, hold down the windows key and type the letter r for run.
Type in: chkdsk /f and press enter. I'm not sure if Jaws will tell you anything but you can do an insert b to read the screen. You'll receive a message saying that Windows can't perform that action while Windows is running or something like that. You just need to type the letter, y for yes and then press enter. You are telling Windows to run the check disc the next time you start Windows. Now you can reboot your PC and before Windows starts it will run a check disc. It may take a while for Windows to restart but be patient and it eventually will. By the way, the, /f after chkdsk tells the check disc to fix any problems it might find. ___________________________________________________________________ Denny Huff Gateway For the Blind LLC.
