I would not go back to IE 10, have you tried a different screen reader
such as N V D A? I have seen jaws hang up on the web with several
sites. Also, you might give the firefox browser a try.

I am using JFW 14, Windows 7 and I.E. 11, and it seems to hang up on
the log-in page for PayPal; should I go back to I.E. 10--hoping I kept
Denny's instructions--or do I need to change something else?
