I think that's the address, once you have it downloaded and installed,
give it a try. It's actually much faster than IE.

I would not go back to IE 10, have you tried a different screen reader such
as N V D A? I have seen jaws hang up on the web with several sites. Also,
you might give the firefox browser a try.
