Hi Reg,
I finally learned it was my ferar4 and the fact that I haven't seen
often a button menu like PayPal has implemented; now that I figured that
out, my payments have been made successfully.
Now I need to install JAWS 15?
Darla

Hi Darla,
I have no problems accessing PayPal with Jaws 14 and Internet Explorer 11.
It's possible there are other issues with your browser, toolbars, or
add-ons, that are keeping you from accessing the site.
