Some of this depends on what carrier they are on, or if they want to
get an unlocked phone. I would suggest the galaxy s 4 or galaxy s 5

their Android phone. Which phone(s) would you recommend for good
accessibility? This person is looking especially for a phone with speech
that they can use to perform all functions easily.
