I would agree with this. If the person is using at&t or t-mobile, I
would suggest the nexus 5 which you can get directly from google. If
they use verizon or sprint, unfortunately you are limited to what the
carrier provides, in that case, I would suggest one of the galaxy
phones. Since at&t and t-mobile use a sim card to store your account
information, they are much more flexible.
