Okay, now I have read the thread. The update probably didn’t install correctly. You may have to uninstall Jaws only, then reload, either from your CD, or by downloading the full version from the site. This means using Narrator or another screen reader for the short time you won’t have speech. Again, Freedom will help at no cost.
