Zoom Text 10 & 10.1 are not compatible with Internet Explorer 10 or 11 with Windows 7. Their program causes your system to crash while on the Internet. In order to stop the system crashes the entire program must be uninstalled. Just having the program on your computer (even if not using it) will cause your system to crash & you will lose all keyboard functions. Steve Baker
