I don't use Windows 10, we have windows 7 at work and at home I use the mac for
everything, but I would suggest Microsoft Outlook 2013 or thunder bird, which
is the email client developed by Mozilla. I know the built in windows 10 email
program is not accessible. Interestingly, on Windows 10 mobile phones, both the
built in email client and the edge browser are accessible with narrator, you
would think this would be true on pcs as well since they use a lot of the same
code, but at this point at least, there are differences.
