Try pressing the up arrow when the file is playing. That raises the winamp 
volume.

Subject: [ATI] Volume on Music on PC too Low

The only thing I know of that has changed is I am hard-wired into our modem now 
to keep this computer online, but obviously,  something else is wrong; speaker 
volume is at 100 percent.  I am using Windows 7 on a PC (Dell desktop) with 
winamp as my default media player.
