we need a protocol-06 draft very soon, and are working on it. When
we have that draft in hand the co-chairs and the WG will need to
figure out how to move forward. In the interim, the discussion here
has actually been productive and I think that once we have a coherent
WG draft, we should be able to move forward quickly on it.</co-chair-
