I mentioned this at the end of one of my other recent notes but wanted to call it out again to make sure folks see it. I've created an IntrospectionRequirements wiki page in the hopes of trying to crystalize our collective thinking about what the introspection requirements are. Once we've got the requirements documented, hopefully we can use 'em to navigate through/around any further religious debate about potential introspection formats.
