I think that is the perfect way to frame this.

I love the way XML defines a box to put PIs in rather
than allowing me to sprinkle them about willy-nilly or
organize them all together at my discretion.

Wait a sec... XML doesn't do that at all!

Where is my XML PI box? How can I work in this chaos?
